We are a new, volunteer-led consumer support organisation, and we are still adding the finishing touches to some of our guides and resources.
Please take a look around the site to learn who we are, what we stand for and how we are working to support timeshare owners, protect future buyers and campaign for stronger consumer protections.
Our help is always free. If you cannot find the resource you need, or your situation is urgent, please contact us directly. You do not have to wait for a guide to be published before asking for help.
